 Effective March 5th we will no longer offer an On Ramp course at our Santa Clara location.

All individuals who would like to participate in our on ramp…welcome!!!! Simply please go to our San Jose or Mountain View locations for the On Ramp then begin classes at our Santa Clara facility. Again this is effective March 5th…..we will finish out the next week of normal on ramps at all locations.

 

Why?

Our Santa Clara facility is getting a bit too crowded. We want to nip this in the bud and add value wherever we can. Santa Clara crew, expect 4 coaches at every evening class!

We offer more room at our San Jose location giving the on ramp a great experience and great coaching with additional instructors.

 

Please remember that we have specialty Olympic Weight Lifting classes as well if you are interested.

 

 

Workout for Monday:

 

10-1

Front Squat (135/95lbs)

1 Rope Climb or 5 Dead Hang Pullup

100m run
