Welcome to NorCal CrossFit!
Let's Talk Food!!!!
Next Tuesday at 6.30pm we will be having a casual nutrition talk at San Jose (Saratoga Ave.). It will last about 1 hour.
The aim is to help everyone have a better understanding of what food actually is, why we eat the way we do and to help dispel some myths surrounding food.
It doesn't matter if you are Paleo, primal, carnivore or vegetarian, everybody can benefit from some more knowledge about one of the most fundamental and vital thing we do as human beings; eat!
Bring an open mind and questions.
If you are wanting to know more about the molecular breakdown of specific amino acids that are found in the human body, then this talk might not be for you :-)
See ya'll there!
Interested in running and other endurance pursuits???
Let's start an informal "Running Club." Essentially a Google/Facebook/Email group that can coordinate a place to meet and run together. If your interested please email Jaime@cfnorcal.com (he will get the list together).

I’m pretty beummd that I may not be able to do this one. Tweaked my (bad) shoulder doing a silly broad-jump burpee relay race. Leaves me wondering when the hell I’ll get a little smarter and little less competitive. Great job to all of you who got er done.Thank-you again, Terry for doing all of this, it’s been a real motivator!
